Weddings
Ceremony & Reception (up to 150 guests) $1500
This one day up to 5 hour package includes the use of the dining area, living area, kitchen (caterers only) along with the front and rear grounds and wrap-around veranda.
(Price does not include catering, cake, entertainment, tables/chairs, officiate or tenting)

Wedding package one $1149
This 2 night stay in our romance room will include a 1 hour massage for 2 a basket with your choice of champagne or sparking cider and a choice of chocolate covered strawberries or an assortment of chocolates. A personalized gift from the hosts of the August Seven a 6" or 8" cake and a non-denominational officiate to perform your ceremony on the second day with up to 25 guests.
(Reservations must be made 4 months in advance and require a 30 day cancellation policy and personalized gift is non-refundable)
Elopement package $239
*Stay 2 nights and get your third night on the house. Have a *1 hour massage for 2 at a cool spa and enjoy a basket with your choice of champagne or sparkling cider and a choice of chocolate covered strawberries or an assortment of chocolates.

Stay 2 nights and get your third night at half the rate!
Add a little extra romance to your stay with one of our gift baskets. Prices range from $18.95 for flowers up to $95.00 for a champagne basket. Price varies depending upon your choices.
Events
Events at the August Seven Inn are customizable and depend mostly on the occasion and the amount of people attending. Use of certain areas of the Inn would go according to what your particular event would require.
Inn fee is $250 an hour (security deposit required)
This would just include the use of the Inn's common areas both inside and out with no catering provided, which would accommodate up to 125 guests.
In-house catered up to 20 guests ($20-$35 a person) No facility fee required
Peter, one of the Inn's owners is a delightful and creative cook and will gladly cater a formal or casual event for you in our dining room on a long table for your exclusive occasion.
Libations are available with a cash bar.
Center pieces for the table or specific colors for the event can be brought in or for a fee, can be created in-house by Henri Designs.
