Joseph: Working his way into a supervisory position in housekeeping, then management and finally ending his stint as operations manager for Howard Johnsons Hotels. His company, Joey Ds Cleaning, was based on trust, dependability and quality service and has become well-known throughout the community.
 Peter: Realizing his natural talent as an artist, he decided to hone his skills by opening an art and design store. After a few years of working that field he moved to Albany, New York and continued his education at Sage College. Shortly thereafter he started his own creative interior and event design business and enjoyed continued success.
