Please be VERY aware of the following policies as they are strictly enforced, thank you.
For the health and safety of all our guests, The August Seven Inn is a non- smoking establishment, please refrain from smoking ANYWHERE ON OR IN THE INN A $250 charge will be applied to the bill of any guest who smokes in any of the Inn’s rooms. Smoking is permitted outside on the back patio only.
As we are a luxury accommodation, there will be a charge of $50 to any damage to property of the August Seven Inn due to guest negligence. Please be extra cautious of the Inn and its surroundings as well as your guest room and its belongings.
We welcome well behaved teens over the age of 15, however, unaccompanied young adults must be 21 or older to reserve.
Pets are not allowed, but we will gladly supply you with the name of a kennel near by.
Reservations will be charged 50% upon booking (or minimum of one night) and the remainder upon arrival.
Reservations made during special events will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% of the reservation made, please take note of this.
Non special events require a 14 day cancellation notice for a refund less a $25 processing fee.
Cancelations FOR ANY REASON will not be accepted if not within the stated time period as we are a small establishment and cancellations effect us greatly.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that cancellations under the 14 day (non-special event) periods will be responsible for the full reservation. If we are able to re rent the room, you may be entitled to a refund less the $25 processing fee.
A credit may be given in place of the forfeited refund if you choose to be applied to a future reservation of the same year along with a paid stay(mid week and off season only)
Cancellations are only accepted through speaking with a representative of the Inn and receiving a cancellation confirmation number.
Check in is between 4 and 5pm. Rooms will not be ready before 4pm. Later arrivals require prior approval. Arrivals AFTER 10pm MAY ACCRUE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
Check out is at 11am promptly. There is a $10 charge for every half hour after 11am. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS.
