Please be VERY aware of the following policies as they are strictly enforced, thank you.
For the health and safety of all our guests, The August Seven Inn is a non- smoking establishment, please refrain from smoking ANYWHERE INSIDE the Inn. A $250 charge will be applied to the bill of any guest who smokes in any of the Inn’s rooms. Smoking is permitted outside on the back patio only.
As we are a luxury accommodation, there will be a minimum charge of $50 to any damage to property of the August Seven Inn due to guest negligence. Please be extra cautious of the Inn and its surroundings as well as your guest room and its belongings.
We welcome well behaved teens over the age of 15, however, unaccompanied young adults must be 18 or older to reserve.
Pets are not allowed, but we will gladly supply you with the name of a kennel near by.
Reservations both regular or special event will be charged a deposit of 50% of the entire reservation (or the minimum of one night) with the balance due upon arrival.
Special event reservations require a 30 day prior to your booking cancellation notice for a refund less a $25 processing fee. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited and you will be held responsible for the entire reservation. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS.
Non special event reservations require a 14 day cancellation notice for a refund less a $25 processing fee otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations for any reason will not be accepted if not within the stated time period as we are a small establishment and cancellations effect us greatly.
A credit may/may not be given for uncontrollable circumstances in place of the forfeited deposit if you choose to be applied to a future reservation of the same year along with a one night paid stay subject to availability and not valid during special events or holidays.
Cancellations are only accepted through speaking with a representative of the Inn and receiving a cancellation confirmation number.
Check in is between 4 and 5pm. Rooms may not be ready before 4pm. Later or earlier arrivals require prior approval. Arrivals AFTER 9pm MAY ACCRUE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
Check out is at 11am promptly. There is a $10 charge for every half hour after 11am. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS.
